Every pump.fun bonding-curve and PumpSwap trade is read straight from the on-chain trade event. We then ask which frontend routed it, by looking for a platform's router program or its designated fee account inside the transaction.
pump.fun's 1% protocol fee is paid on every bonding-curve trade no matter which app you used, so it is explicitly excluded — it identifies nobody. Jito tips and token creator fees are excluded for the same reason. pump.fun here means unintermediated flow: no third-party router and no third-party fee leg.
Anything we cannot place becomes Mercenaries. That bucket is honest, not empty: it is where platforms we have not yet verified live. Shares are of pump.fun-ecosystem volume only — trades routed to other venues are out of scope.
Map territory is stylised for readability: minor armies are given a floor so the front line stays legible. The leaderboard, volume, trade rate and market feed are measured values — read those for the real numbers.
Platform names are used factually. No platform logos or brand assets appear here, and faction sigils are original abstract marks.
